Welded pipes

Welded pipes are pipes produced by welding. They are welded of steel sheets made of low-alloyed or carbon grade steel, weld seam runs throughout the pipe length. They can have diameter 5 to 2520 mm and wall thickness 0.2 to 32 mm. Welded pipes are classified into the following categories: small diameter pipes, medium diameter pipes and large diameter pipes. Small diameter pipes are pipes having diameter under 114 mm, medium diameter pipes are the ones having diameter 114 mm to 530 mm, and large diameter pipes are the ones over 530 mm.

Welded pipes having equal strength perimeter-wise can replace hot finished pipes of respective range. They are convenient and cost-saving, because welded pipes have thinner walls and higher accuracy. This results in significant material saving.

Welded pipes are used for production of gas and oil supply manifolds, for construction, machine-building, steel structures manufacturing, etc.

Welded pipes are manufactured under GOSTs, specifications or international standards. Basic GOSTs are GOST 10704 and GOST 10705.

Our company is ready to consider supply of welded pipes of any required size under any applicable GOST, specification, or international standards.
